Administrator

Wilsons Auctions is the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Oxford Branch for a Full Time Auction Support Administrator.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Answering telephones
  • Taking payments
  • Processing auction entries and Admin Support for sales teams

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:         

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within an established team
  • Hard working and motivated
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)
